The hip-hop trio are expected to move to America in the summer and spend a year promoting their music there.
It is thought that the stars have the backing of Def Jam record label boss LA Reid as they plan their Stateside assault.
Speaking to The Mirror about her fellow group members, Tulisa commented: "I'll handcuff them to me if I have to. They know they have to behave. I want to make it in America and so do the boys."
Last month, Dappy sparked controversy after being caught on camera snorting the drug mephedrone. He was later kicked out of Alton Towers after allegedly smoking cannabis in the theme park's hotel.
