The 'Telephone' singer is planning to show off her impersonation when her 'Monster Ball' tour returns to the UK later this month, according to The Sun.
It is thought that GaGa has been busy watching footage of the monarch's speeches to help her with the task and has also been dressing up in regal outfits to get in character.
A source said: "She's been copying the way the Queen speaks from online content. She loves all things British, especially the Queen.
"She wants to be able to do a really good accent for when she's over here on tour later this month. If she gets dressed up in regal attire, she feels like it helps her accent."
GaGa met the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance last December.
