The singer features on the LP's opening track 'Sounds Like A Plan' with Electronica band CirKus, which is fronted by Neneh Cherry.
The song marks the former Sugababes star's first solo effort since the release of her last album Ghosts in 2007.
The LP, called This Day: World Hepatitis Day, was developed by The World Hepatitis Alliance for its supporting charities to sell around the world.
The record is available digitally on May 19.
