The group, who are gearing up for the release of their sophomore album Illusion Of Safety, said that it was difficult to start a new record from scratch but they are pleased with their new sound.
Frontman Irwin Sparkes told the Daily Star: "We binned an entire album’s worth of songs. It’s been a real slog getting to this point but we are really happy with the sound.
"There’s no point in making a second album that sounds exactly the same - we wanted to push ourselves."
The trio release new single 'Choices' on July 26.
