According to the BBC, the popstar will perform with the band in September.
The Big Pink, Editors, The Temper Trap and Biffy Clyro will also perform with Muse on individual nights of the band's three UK stadium concerts.
Allen toured with Muse as part of the Big Day Out Festival earlier this year.
