'Oh No!', the fourth spin-off from the singer's debut album The Family Jewels, will be released in the UK on July 26.
The track was co-written and produced by Greg Kurstin, who recently won an Ivor Novello award for his work with Lily Allen.
It will be accompanied by a video directed by Kinga Burzer, who previously collaborated with the singer on her 'Hollywood' promo clip.
Marina - full name Marina Diamandis - also revealed that she is giving away a live version of 3OH!3's 'Starstrukk' after she covered it for Radio 1's Live Lounge recently. The track is available to download from her official website now.
The Family Jewels was released in the UK on February 15 and has since received a gold award for shipments in excess of 100,000 copies. It was released in the US today.
Meanwhile, it was announced this morning that Marina and the Diamonds are to support Goldfrapp at an iTunes Festival gig at London's Roundhouse on July 22.
