Chance appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show after a video of him performing Lady GaGa's 'Paparazzi' received over 20 million views on YouTube.
The American Idol judge's new label, called eleveneleven, aims to find and sign up new artists.
In a statement, Degeneres said: "Greyson... inspired me to start a record label called eleveneleven. He is my first artist and we are making a record together."
Guy Oseary, Madonna's manager, and Troy Carter, Lady Gaga's manager, have signed on to co-manage Chance.
DeGeneres is expected to reveal more plans about the label during her show on Wednesday.
