According to TMZ, Walsh filed legal documents this month alleging that Nassar Adhoot threatened to shoot him and attacked his personal assistant.
The musician claims that Adhoot told his assistant: "You tell Joe Walsh I'm going to kill him. I'm going to shoot him," after assaulting him with a block of wood.
Walsh filed a restraining order for himself, his wife and his home staff against the man.
A reason for Adhoot's threat has not been reported.
