The heavy metal group went on an indefinite hiatus in 2006. Osbourne has since continued with his solo career, while other founder members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward formed Heaven & Hell with Ronnie James Dio, who passed away last month.
Osbourne told Rolling Stone: "I never say never anymore because you never know what's going to come around. Two years ago I said that this was going to be my last album but I don't want to stop yet.
"You've got to be careful what you say because otherwise people will say, 'Two years ago you said you were never going to tour again with Sabbath'."
He added: "I love them guys. The one thing I'm proud about with Black Sabbath is that we weren't a band put together by a business mogul in London.
"We were four local lads who had an idea and it worked, and it still continues to work to this day. I love them all - Bill, Tony, Geezer. I don't think it'll going to be in the next 18 months, I'm doing my own tour, but I never say never."
