David Guetta: 'Music gets me high'
Published Friday, Jun 4 2010, 16:45 BST | By Robert Copsey

The French DJ, whose new single 'Gettin' Over You' is currently battling it out for a place at the top of the charts, has compared the effect of his music to that of taking drugs.
He told The Sun: "Music puts me in the same state as people are when they are drunk and high on drugs. It is my drug. I feel high when people come together to dance.
"Nothing is better than when everyone is dancing in the same room and feeling the love of a magical experience."
On his personal music preferences, he said: "My tastes are very eclectic, I like everything from James Brown to Depeche Mode and techno to Michael Jackson. If it can make me dance, then I love it!"
