The rocker announced on his Facebook page on Monday that he received the first of the records, called III / IV, "fresh from the mastering plant" and said that the two-disc collection has been "in the vault since 2006".
He went on to reveal that he will also release a solo album later in the year which he recorded over the 2005 Christmas holidays.
"Oh yeah, p.s. the Blackhole LP is also back from the mastering plant," he wrote.
"I f'n love this thing. It took 4 years to make it and to me it is basically Love Is Hell Part 3... lots of shimmery guitar love on this. Exciting times!!!"
Adams recently released Orion, which he described as his first "fully realised sci-fi metal concept album".
