The Aussie pop singer joined the Scissor Sisters on stage for a performance on 'Any Which Way', a track from the band's Night Work album, which is due for release tomorrow.
Before Minogue took to the stage, Scissor Sisters frontwoman Ana Matronic told the Somerset crowd: "For this next song we picked a lucky, lucky concert-goer to join us on stage and sing."
It is not the first time Minogue has collaborated with the New York band. Scissor Sisters members Jake Shears and Babydaddy co-wrote and produced her 2004 hit 'I Believe In You', while Shears has also co-penned 'Too Much', a track from Minogue's upcoming album Aphrodite.
Minogue, 42, was scheduled to headline at the Glastonbury Festival in 2005, but was forced to pull out after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
