Copies of 20Ten will be available in The Mirror and Daily Record on July 10.
The singer first released an album through a newspaper with 2007's Planet Earth, causing anger among high street retailers.
Prince's spokeswoman Kiran Sharma said that the deal shows "it is still possible for artists to work in an independent and innovative capacity".
The new album is said to have 'strong funk and new wave elements'.
Since Planet Earth's newspaper giveaway, other artists such as McFly have released new LPs in the same way.
