Last month, the 'Alejandro' singer overtook Barack Obama to become the most popular person on the social networking site, reports USA Today.
Only five pages now have more fans than GaGa, including the late Michael Jackson, Family Guy and Facebook itself.
The star posted a thank you video on her page this evening.
"I'm saying hello to all my little monsters on Facebook. I love you guys so much," she said. "I'm on the road right now on my North America 'Monster Ball' tour, sold out across the United States, so I'm so, so excited to be travelling and coming to see you, so thank you so much for all your love and your support and for sticking by me through The Fame and The Fame Monster.
"I love you. Become my friend on Facebook, I'll never forget you," she added.
