It was reported last week that King was rushed to hospital after being bitten by a horsefly, causing her foot to swell up.
After being diagnosed with cellulitis, she was forced to pull out of the gig, which included the band's first performance of new single 'Missing You'.
Sandford took over King's lines in the song, which is due out on August 9.
Bandmate Vanessa White tweeted: "It wasn't the same at all though without the lovely @MollieTheSats we love you!! X"
