The pair recorded a cover of Lesley Gore's 'It's My Party' for an upcoming compilation in honour of producer Quincy Jones.
Ronson told BBC Newsbeat of the track: "I love it, it's great. She sounds brilliant on it.
"It's quite funny to come off of my album where the whole tagline, or thing we told ourselves, was no covers, no horns and then to do a very Amy sounding record like that."
Last year, it was suggested that the Ronson and Winehouse track could be dropped from the disc if it was not completed in time.
Ronson releases his third album Record Collection this September.
