Ronson was performing at the capital's 100 Club with his Business Intl project, the name under which he will release third album Record Collection this September.
According to NME, Ronson was accompanied by singer Rose Elinor Dougall, Spank Rock and MNDR.
Winehouse also joined the group for a live cover of Zutons' 'Valerie' as performed on Ronson's Version album. The singer reportedly forgot the words to the first verse.
Ronson recently confirmed that he and Winehouse had successfully recorded a "brilliant" cover of Lesley Gore's 'It's My Party' for an upcoming Quincy Jones tribute record.
