Bassist Nicky Wire confirmed the concert while speaking to B Aldea presenter Xabier Doncel before the band's Bilbao BBK Live festival performance.
Asked if the group would play any new music at the show, Wire said: "To be honest, I think we've got our launch gig in London and that's when we'll play the new stuff, in August.
"Today's just about a bit of payback for the fans that have stuck with us, so pretty much something from every album we try to do."
Manic Street Preachers release their tenth studio LP Postcards From A Young Man on September 27.
Meanwhile, the band confirmed on their Twitter page that they had penned a new song called 'The Passing Show' dedicated to late Small Faces bassist Ronnie Lane, but the song was written too late to be included on their album.
