The Blue singer had told fans that he would give the album away for free online, after a disappointing chart position for his new single meant it would not be released by Geffen Records.
"I think your petition has worked!!! (sic)" the singer told fans on Twitter.
"The record label have said they will release it now!!! So happy! Thank you everyone for helping me!!"
A fan petition calling for the label to "trust" Ryan has received 174 signatures.
