The former glamour model performed the track with four backing dancers she claimed to have previously hired for her wedding.
Introducing the track, Price said: "It's called 'Free To Love Again'. I didn't write it, didn't produce it, I'm just fronting it.
"I'm enjoying doing it. It makes me realise how hard it is to perform and sing at the same time. It's a credit to all the performers out there, honestly.
"I'm actually going to mime this one, so yes, the papers can pick it up, I'm miming this one, well done, I've said it for you!"
After her performance, presenter Andrew Castle suggested that the rendition was better than her 2005 Eurovision attempt, prompting Price to respond: "Miming is easier!"
Price recently claimed that she has "no problem" singing her new track live if she is asked to. She also told talkshow host Alan Carr: "If you have me on the show, I will sing it damn outright live for you. Honestly, it's a key that I actually can sing."
