The former Pulp singer has reworked the theme from the 1971 film Get Carter for the record.
Now Is The Time is due for release on the label Acid Jazz in 2011.
According to NME, the company's boss Eddie Pille said: "The massive success of 'Is This The Way To Amarillo' a few years ago cemented Tony Christie's iconic status, he's put down some killer tunes.
"The spread on the album is amazing, quite filmic but with some nods to Johnny Cash, spaghetti westerns and a classic soul sound."
Christie's album features other guest collaborators, including Roisin Murphy. The singer is reportedly planning a 40-date tour early next year.
