Cable, who died last month at the age of 40, recorded the song, entitled 'Former Mining Town', with the band last year.
His bandmates have decided to donate proceeds from the track to Teenage Cancer Trust and Cardiff children's hospice Ty Hafan, reports The Sun.
"To think Stu won't be on stage with us anymore is hard, but we hope to draw some positives from this difficult time," the band said in a statement.
Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones added: "Stuart was our lifelong friend and brother. We'd like everyone to join us in supporting Killing For Company's charity single."
