The trio, who signed a five-album deal with US label Def Jam in May, had been put up in a £20,000 countryside studio facility for three weeks, reports The Sun.
According to the report, Tula Contostavlos repeatedly showed up late while Dappy and Frazer chose to go fishing.
"They've got one new song to show for all that time," a source said. "Their paymasters asked for three tracks specifically for America."
Last month the group said that they are going to "rock it" in the US.
