The former glamour model quit the short-lived attempt after her single 'Free To Love Again' only managed to reach number 60 in the UK singles chart.
"It's so hard to sing and dance at the same time. I now appreciate how difficult it is," she told The Sun.
"I knew I wasn't going to be good at it. But you only live once."
The 32-year-old, who was booed when she mimed the track during a performance at a club in Essex, subsequently cancelled an appearance at G-A-Y.
She said: "I did it as a bit of fun. It didn't cost me anything, and I had lots of fun miming it on GMTV."
She added that she is not concerned about the criticism directed at her.
"I can take criticism and Pete [Andre] can't bear it. He can't bear if anyone says one bad thing about him," she said.
