Lady GaGa wants Susan Boyle to feature on a song for her upcoming album, according to reports

The 'Alejandro' singer, who is currently working on the follow-up to The Fame Monster, is said to have asked Boyle to record a duet.

Irish Central reports that GaGa hopes to release the track this Christmas.

GaGa has previously praised the Britain's Got Talent star's efforts, saying: "I love Susan Boyle. She is my woman of the year. She has achieved more in this year than most artists will in a lifetime."

Boyle has also expressed an interest in recording with GaGa, saying: "I'd love to do a duet with her, complete with telephone hat, too!"

GaGa recently explained why she is delaying her new album, revealing that she wants to spend more time making public appearances.
