According to The Sun, the company has made a series of gestures to persuade him to choose it. This includes hiring Chris Briggs, a close friend of Williams who originally put him into contact with songwriter Guy Chambers.
A source said: "RCA have played a blinder by getting Chris on board. He's one of the most significant figures in Robbie's life and it's sure to influence his decision whether he signs with them."
The firm is also said to have signed Australian singer Sia, who is represented by the same management team as Williams.
