Under the terms of the licensing agreement, the single will be used before and after TV broadcasts of matches in 200 countries worldwide, excluding the UK and Ireland, The Sun reports.
Head of media operations at the Premier League Paul Molnar said: "If we had just wanted a track, there are thousands of those that they could have used.
"But Kasabian are seen as a football band and that makes the use of the track so much stronger."
The deal from Sony and the Premier League follows the launch of the Umbro England away shirt by frontman Tom Meighan at a gig in France before this year's World Cup in South Africa.
Meighan later claimed that the national side "deserved" their second round exit from the competition after their poor performances.
