Britney's manager addresses LP rumours

Britney Spears's manager Adam Leber has dismissed claims that the singer's new album is ready for release.

It was reported earlier this week that Spears was planning to release new music in the next few weeks.

Producer Rodney Jerkins said: "Britney fans are gonna be so happy in a few weeks."

Leber has since denied the claim via a series of posts on his official Twitter page.

He wrote: "No new music news right now... Wish people wouldn't mislead you guys with BS info. Not cool! (sic).

"PS - The guys that ARE working on Brit's next album ARE NOT talking about it... Brit has a new mag cover & spread coming out in the next month or so which is going to be SICK! Will let Brit reveal the details herself."

It is rumoured that Spears will make a cameo appearance in an episode of Glee dedicated to her.
