Lead singer RZA rapped over 'Come Together' at the end of the group's set at Brixton Academy.
During the Wu-Tang Clan's first gig in London for three years, they played a range of tracks from their back catalogue.
According to NME, RZA told the audience: "It is the year 2010 and Wu-Tang Clan are on tour. Manchester was off the hook last night. This is the last night of our tour so we're going to save the best for last."
The tour was the band's first since 2007.
