The popstar, who has been recovering from malaria, was said to be considering a spot at the Heroes Concert to be held at Twickenham next month.
However, she was told that she is not allowed to sing for the next three months in order to allow her voice to heal properly, reports The Sun.
The 26-year-old has allegedly planned to help the cause by raising money for the Help For Heroes organisation.
It was recently reported that Cole hopes to seek health and relationship guidance from life coach Tony Robbins.
