The 'XXXO' star will head the bill of the Manchester clubnight on November 13 with support from special live guests to be announced shortly.
"Surely this will be one of the most exciting and eagerly anticipated nights of the entire 2010 series, with M.I.A. performing her unique live show on stage, joined by some incredible supports," a statement of the event's website read.
"One of the most original and important artists to emerge from the UK in the past ten years, her politically conscious and sonically adventurous music has seen her rise from underground maverick to global superstar over the last few years."
Also on the bill are Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac, Rusko Now Dave DJs, Andro and Will Tramp!
Other acts confirmed for this year's Warehouse Project, which takes place underneath Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, include Delphic, Kelis, Ian Brown and Calvin Harris.
