The record, which marks the group's first studio album in five years, is scheduled for release on November 1.
The LP was recorded at frontman Jay Kay's home studio in Buckinghamshire, and will be released through Mercury Records after they parted ways with longtime label Sony.
The band described the album's sound as "live", focussing on instruments rather than the electronic feel they are known for.
Posting on their official website, they wrote: "We think at a time when many acts are producing electronic, disco-influenced tracks, with Rock, Dust, Light, Star Jamiroquai has moved on and reverted to a more organic, live sound.
"The shift really helped revitalise the band who ended up producing a superb album - even if we do say it ourselves! We hope you all agree as you get to hear it."
Singer Kay added: "Everything on the record is live. It's a real band record. The last, album - fantastic - but the whole thing became a little sterile. This time we've captured the flow of our live performances."
A track from the record called 'White Knuckle Ride' will be made available as a limited edition vinyl only, followed by the trailer single 'Blue Skies' in November.
The LP's title track has already been heard by many fans, after Kay performed it during a gig earlier this year.
Jamiroquai's previous album Dynamite peaked at number three on the UK album chart in 2005.
