The singer updated fans on the progress of her new album via her Twitter page, admitting that she did not leave the studio last night.
She wrote: "Haven't left the studio. Each song I write, I feel closer to you. Miss you little monsters, little inspirations. X"
GaGa then posted a picture of herself wrapped in a duvet in full make-up.
The 'Poker Face' star recently admitted that she was unaware she had won two Teen Choice awards because she was busy in the studio.
