'Perfect Nightmare' is the second song to be lifted from her upcoming sophomore album No Gravity and will hit US radio stations on August 31, according to All Access.
Shontelle recently told Digital Spy that she has been in the studio recording songs with Rihanna.
No Gravity is due out in November.
