Missy Elliott 'working on new album'

Missy Elliott has announced that she is returning to the music scene.

According to Hip Hop N' More, the rapper, who was scheduled to release her new album three years ago, has been reported to be releasing an upcoming single entitled 'Blow Ya Whistle'.

Elliott's forthcoming seventh studio album is titled Block Party.

In July, Elliott scrapped a concert in Israel due to protesters fighting the country's religious conflict.
