The 17-year-old admitted that she was in pain following the shoot because she spent long periods of time crawling on her knees.
She told BBC's Breakfast: "It was tough. I got very beat-up knees. It was a long day, but it was a lot of fun."
Momsen was previously revealed as the face of Material Girl, a clothing range created by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes. The Gossip Girl star explained that Lourdes is more involved in the collection than her mother.
Momsen added: "Lourdes is very hands-on. It's very much her line. She was there styling the shoot and she's only 13 years old. She's way beyond her years."
