The singer announced her first single in the States as 'Boys And Girls', which was released to iTunes today.
Speculation about Lott's first US single has been rife after she announced plans to release a reworked version of her debut album Turn It Up.
She posted on her official Twitter account: "US Fans! Pixie's debut US single 'BOYS AND GIRLS' will be released digitally in the US tomorrow! Get ready for Pixiemania! RT!"
Lott has posted a string of messages on the micro-blogging site today to promote the track.
'Boys And Girls' was released in the UK in 2009, when it peaked at number one.
Two tracks confirmed for the reworked LP are the Jason Derulo duet 'Coming Home' and ballad 'Broken Arrow', which Lott said will receive its official premiere today on Radio 1.
