The track marks the popstar's first ever solo single, having parted ways with band Dead Or Alive in 2000.
Burns's official website moderator described the song as "a hard-hitting and propulsive track, with synth accents very reminiscent of recent Dirty Disco songs".
He continued: "Lots of aggressive dance beats and synthesizer riffs swirl around Pete's distinctive vocals. As for the lyrics, they're 'pure Pete'. I think I could recognise one of his singles by the cheeky, semi-autobiographical content alone."
The artwork for the single has also been unveiled, revealing Burns wearing a wedding dress and holding a bouquet of snakes.
An official release date is yet to be announced, but the song will be available through iTunes.
Burns released eight albums with Dead Or Alive, the most successful of which was 1985's Youthquake, peaking at number nine on the UK album chart and selling over 100,000 copies.
