The pair's 2001 Grammy Award performance of Eminem's hit 'Stan' beat Aerosmith and Run D.M.C's 'Walk This Way', which reached number eight in the UK in 1986.
In third place on the list complied by Entertainment Weekly was Dusty Springfield and Pet Shop Boys' duet 'What Have I Done To Deserve This'.
Other collaborations that featured in the top ten were Bing Crosby and David Bowie's Christmas hit 'Peace On Earth/Little Drummer Boy' and Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue's 'Where The Wild Roses'.
Eminem is due to perform at this year's MTV VMAs alongside Kanye West, Florence and the Machine, Justin Bieber and Usher.
