The Wanted discuss debut album

The group, who are gearing up for the release of their new single 'Heart Vacancy', have yet to finish the record but admitted that they have had a significant input into the writing of it.
Asked when the LP will see a release, Nathan Sykes told Digital Spy: "We're still in the process of finishing it. We had a break from the studio and now we've gone back in to record a whole load of new tracks.
"At the moment we've written about 40-50% of the lyrics, which we're really proud of. We had to beg our label to give us more time in the studio because we were keen to have more input.
"To begin with, they gave us just one day to complete a track, which is difficult by anyone's standards, but it turned out that they loved what we came up with and now it's on the album."
Sykes also revealed that his favourite track on the record, called 'Golden', will show a different side to the band.
He explained: "There's a track called 'Golden' that I love to bits. It's like nothing else on the album as it's got quite an unusual sound. For that reason it probably won't be a single, but it's a great track for the album and shows a different side to us.
"It takes us far away from that typical boyband sound."
The Wanted will release their currently untitled debut in November.
