The 28-year-old told the Daily Star that she can now see how awful they looked.
She said: "All five of us used to look pretty tangoed, it's so cringey.
"There was one time we were all so tired we said, 'We're not getting our hair and make-up done, we'll do it ourselves so we can get up an hour later'.
"Then we went on TV but it really wasn't pretty viewing. We all looked like shiny, sweaty, orange heads."
