Top bands The Strokes, The Darkness and The Super Furry Animals are among some of the artists to have signed up for a concert aiming to raise awareness of climate change.
The "One Earth" concert will be broadcast on the internet and takes place at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium in January next year.
The aim of the concert, its organisers say, is to encourage people to switch to renewable energy sources in 2006.
Organiser Michael Mathres, of environmental group Climate Change Now, said: "People are genuinely concerned about the effects of climate change, but don’t know how easy it is to make a big difference. The concert will focus attention on the part we can all play in tackling climate change."
Further details of the line-up will be announced shortly.
