The 'Single Ladies' singer was recently sued by Philip Markowitz, who said that filming for her 'Why Don't You Love Me' clip created a personal nuisance to himself and his neighbours.
Markowitz has since revealed that he was paid a "five-figure" settlement out of court in order to drop the case, reports TMZ.
"I'm happy with the settlement, but this lawsuit shouldn't have happened in the first place," he said.
"They set up on my property without asking and [the settlement] should send a notice to other production companies that they need to respect the rights of property owners."
Beyoncé's management did not comment on the suit.
