Sugababes star Mutya has quit, and an as-yet-unnamed replacement is lined up.
The singer, who has been with the band for seven years, wants to spend more time at home with daughter Tahlia who was born in March.
“My decision is based purely on my personal reasons," explained 20-year-old Mutya. “It was very difficult — not a snap decision.
“I’ve enjoyed an unbelievable career so far and I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved with Sugababes. I’m delighted the new girl is taking my place. She’s getting one of the best jobs in the world.???
The new-look Sugababes will still support Take That on tour next year.
