The song, released on October 24, is taken from Church's sixth studio album of the same name, out on November 1.
The clip shows the singer replicated several times dancing around a white room.
Lyrics in the chorus include: "I tell myself 'Hold on, slow down / God is this me going back to scratch again?
"And oh you'll know it at the dead of night / You're back to scratch, right back to scratch again."
Despite not being written about her split from long-term boyfriend Gavin Henson, Church previously admitted: "It became the perfect song for my situation so I sing it with a lot of conviction."
Church recently announced the full tracklisting for Back To Scratch.
