The song, which will feature on a special edition of her debut album Overcome, is her third number one hit after five single releases.
Meanwhile, Taio Cruz climbs a place to two with 'Dynamite', while Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' completes the top three.
New entries in the chart come from Shontelle, currently at 14 with 'Impossible', and the Manic Street Preachers, who are in line for their 34th top 40 hit with '(It's Not War) Just The End Of Love' at 19.
Example enters at 31 with 'Last Ones Standing' and Maroon 5 land at 36 with 'Misery'.
On the album chart, The Script are in the lead for the top spot with Science & Faith, while Linkin Park enter at two with A Thousand Suns.
Royksopp are on course to enter the top 30 with Senior, and Robyn's Body Talk Pt 2 is at number 27.
The final chart positions will be announced this Sunday.
