'Loca' will precede the Colombian singer-songwriter's new album The Sun Comes Out.
The Brighton-based dance producers, who remixed Shakira's last single 'Gypsy', announced that they are reworking her latest effort on their Twitter page.
They tweeted: "[Last] few days of remixing the Shakira and Dizzee Rascal record .. Brilliant !! Dizzee's opening line is genius !!
"'That girl is a nutter' ... Forever will that opening line ring in our ears - Shakira and Dizzee mixed finished !! Fingers crossed !!'"
Shakira recently opened her worldwide 'Tour of Earthly Delights' in Montreal.
