The singer claimed that people will enjoy Basic Instinct but said that she is still unsure when it will be released, having already been pushed back several times.
She told Hot 93.7: "This album is definitely more sensual. 'Ride' had more of a sensual vibe to it, but overall... the album is combination of fun, party, sexy, confident, bossy, energetic. Everything all in one.
"I feel like my fans are going to be really happy and are going to be satisfied... that's my goal."
On the recently leaked shots of the music video for new single 'Gimme Dat', she said: "I was a little frustrated at the photos you got to see from the video shoot, because they weren't photos that I had decided with my photographer.
"Somebody had decided they were going to shoot me in crazy angles."
Asked about the album's ever-changing release date, she admitted: "I don't want to say the release date in case it moves, but I'll definitely post it on my Twitter and on my website. November is definitely the month."
Ciara's last single 'Ride' peaked at number 75 on the UK singles chart.
