The gig in honour of Daniel Cho, who drowned at Lake Geneva in Switzerland in July, will take place at Brooklyn's Music Hall Of Williamsburg on September 27, reports NME.
Spektor will be joined by Jenny Owen Youngs and his old rock band Cooper for the performance. All proceeds will go to Cho's family.
During his career, Cho also worked with Katy Perry and Coldplay, as well as covering South Korea's national team on ESPN Soccernet.
