The group were due to perform at a free concert in Sofia alongside acts including Enrique Iglesias and Sonique, but were forced to pull out after Range injured her neck.
Novinite reports that Range hoped to have recovered from her injury - described as a "household accident" - in time for the concert, but has been told by doctors not to travel.
The incident also meant that she had to pull out of the band's fragrance launch in London at the weekend.
She wrote on her Twitter page: "Gutted i missed the signing yesterday. Feeling much better now but still look pretty silly with this huge plaster on my chin! X
"[Dave Berry] said it looks like i have a sanitry towel stuck to my face. Sexy hey! X (sic)"
The Sugababes are currently working on their eighth studio album.
